We are delighted to announce the launch of a Special Issue in collaboration with the College of Law at Prince Sultan University. This special issue was prepared within the framework of the Second GPDRL College of Law International Conference on Legal, Socio-economic Issues, and Sustainability, held on March 19, 2023.
It is with great honour and pride that we publish this issue, featuring conference papers contributed by esteemed participants. The articles delve into the concept and challenges of arbitration in administrative contracts, explore various aspects of international law and governance, and address legal frameworks and socio-economic issues. Topics covered include sustainability, comparative law perspectives, war in Ukraine, criminal liability for viral homicide, impacts of unilateral economic sanctions, foreign investments, business ethics in e-commerce, combating human trafficking, and the effectiveness of green banking.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the esteemed Guest Editors, Dr. Mohammed Albakjaji from Prince Sultan University and Dr. Maya Khater from Al Yamamah University, for their diligent oversight of the evaluation and selection process, as well as their valuable assistance in peer review and decision-making.
