Copyright Notice

 

While submitting the manuscript to AJEE, authors confirm and certify that:
 

1. They are authorized by their co-authors to act on their behalf regarding the manuscript and in correspondence with the editorial team.
2. The manuscript submitted to the Journal has not been published before; it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; its publication has been approved by all author(s) and responsible authorities of the institutes where the work has been carried out.
3. They can provide written permission from the copyright holders to reproduce any materials or parts of the manuscript that have already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.   

They agree to the following licence and copyright agreement:   

 

• Copyright on any article is retained by the author(s).   
• Authors grant the Co-publishers (VD Dakor and Academic Insights Press) a license to publish the article on behalf of the East European Law Research Center (EELRC). 
• Authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors and citation details are identified.   

 

The article and any associated published materials are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

Nothing in this licence impairs or restricts the right of an author to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.

The journal is wholly owned by the East European Law Research Center (EELRC).

All content is published in good faith, and the opinions expressed by contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of EELRC or the Journal.  

 

Self-Archiving and Data Sharing Policy   

 

AJEE permits and encourages authors to self-archive their work to maximize visibility and impact.   

 

Authors retain the right to deposit the final published version of their article (Publisher's PDF) in institutional or subject-based repositories of their choice, such as SSRN, Zenodo, or other open-access platforms, immediately upon publication.   

 

When depositing the article in any repository, authors must include a proper citation and a direct link to the original publication on the AJEE website using its official DOI.

 

To support the principles of open science, we strongly recommend that authors deposit their underlying research datasets and supplementary materials in recognized repositories, with a particular recommendation for Zenodo.

 

Authors are expected to make these datasets publicly available immediately after the final editorial decision to accept the manuscript has been made. These datasets should also be linked to the published article's DOI as soon as it becomes available.

AJEE maintains an official community on Zenodo to support open science, transparent data sharing, and long-term preservation.

We strongly encourage our authors to deposit their datasets, supplementary materials, and accepted versions of their manuscripts directly into the Access to Justice in Eastern Europe (AJEE) Zenodo community. This ensures your research data remains globally accessible, secure, and properly linked to your published article.
