AJEE Key Areas of Further Publications
AJEE systematically publishes articles related to topical issues of judiciary and civil procedure reforms. The scope of publications also includes access to justice development in East European countries as well as new proposals and approaches for solutions of a variety of problems in this sphere.
To this end, we would like to offer a few of the most demanded from a scholarly perspective research areas for further publications.
We are looking for the cooperation with authors of the researches, which aim at contributing and helping the further development of rule of law and access to justice, face the current challenges that accompany human globalization and law internationalization processes, in particular, the crisis of the transitional period and the economic crisis, unweiling pandemic etc. Due to this, essays related to Covid-19 impact on the access to justice are most welcome.
We serve to establish foundations for the international dissemination and better understanding of East European law, in particular, the law of post-soviet states from a transnational perspective and its further harmonization and approximation with the EU law.
Another prior area of research we are interested in is SDG 16 and ways to implement peace, justice and strong institutions in Eastern Europe for sustainable development. Sustainable justice and its implementation is one of the most demanded topics, highly recommended for our contributors.
Questions concerning public and private justice development, as well as e-justice development have always been in the scope of our attention. New publications in these spheres would be a great contribution to our journal.
Along with the above mentioned issues, the Journal also traditionally deals with the publications of the fundamental methodical questions of procedural law and related areas.
Our Journal aims at providing some guidance for our potential authors amid the range of topical issues for research and should not be considered as an obligatory or binding.
