Access to Justice for the Protection of Environmental Rights in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with specific issues of access to justice relating to the protection of environmental rights.
The harmonization and approximation of national legislation with international standards is an essential factor in the development of environmental rights. Particular attention is paid to public participation in the consideration of environmental protection by administrative authorities and in judicial proceedings.
