Call for Proposals: Publication Support for Young Ukrainian Researchers (PubYUAR)
We are pleased to announce the launch of the "Publication Support for Young Ukrainian Researchers Initiative," (PubYUAR )which aims to provide continuing support for young Ukrainian researchers whose work falls within the scope of the AJEE.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our initiative to provide continuing support for young Ukrainian researchers whose work falls within the scope of the AJEE.
Researchers are invited to submit their proposals if they meet the following criteria:
1. The publication's topic pertains to the judiciary, including both civil and criminal procedures, ADR, arbitration, protection of human rights and issues related to the challenges of war or the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
2. The author is affiliated with a Ukrainian HEI at least one last year and is up to 30 years old.
3. The publication does not exceed 5,000 words.
The peer review process will be conducted on an open basis through the platform OpenReview.net.
Please submit your research according to the proposed guidelines.

We offer complimentary English editing and pre-publication services. The publication will appear in Issue 1/2025 with special acknowledgment of support from the East European Law Research.
Open Peer Review Rules

2. Open: Reviewers will disclose their identities to ensure accountability and integrity.
3. Constructive Feedback: Reviews should be constructive, providing clear and actionable feedback to help authors improve their work.
4. Conflict of Interest: Authors and reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.
5. Timeliness: Reviewers are expected to complete their reviews within the designated timeframe to facilitate timely publication.
6. Competence: Reviewers should only accept assignments for which they have adequate expertise to provide a competent assessment.
